GOVERNMENT FUNDING PROGRAMME

Access to Work

Access to Work (AtW) is a government initiative that offers financial support to individuals with disabilities or health conditions, empowering them to remain in or return to work. Whether you need adjustments to your workspace, specialised equipment, or specific services, AtW is there to help you navigate and overcome the challenges, be they physical or related to mental health.

How does AtW Funding work?

⭐️ How can Access to Work support me? ⭐️
If you have a disability, mental health condition, or are neurodivergent (for example, autism, ADHD, or anxiety), Access to Work can offer personalised support to suit your unique needs.

This could include:

  • Funding for specialised equipment that makes your work tasks more manageable and comfortable.

  • Support from workers or coaches who can help with daily tasks, assist with managing stress, or improve your focus.

  • Adjustments to your workspace, whether at home or in an office, to help you thrive in your role—not just get by.

⭐️ Am I eligible for Access to Work? ⭐️
You may be eligible for Access to Work funding if:

  • You have a condition that impacts your ability to do your job.

  • You are currently in paid work or about to start a job (this includes self-employment!)

  • You would benefit from adjustments to your work environment that support your condition.

⭐️ Can I access your services through Access to Work funding? ⭐️
Yes, my programmes and offerings can likely be funded through Access to Work. This means you can get the support you need without worrying about the financial side of things.

⭐️How do I apply for Access to Work funding? ⭐️
You can begin your application on the UK government's Access to Work page. The process is straightforward, and an assessment will usually follow to identify the best support for you.

Remember, you're not alone

After living with undiagnosed ADHD for a lot of my adult life, this led to burnout and then chronic illness (ME/CFS).

I've come out the other end and fully embrace my ADHD as a superpower now I have the right support and tools in place to work WITH my body, not against it.

If you're overwhelmed, exhausted and feel shame that there is "something wrong with you", you're in the right place to reverse those feelings.

I offer a place to learn about yourself, and embrace your joyful, free self!
